Anlloyd Samuel (October 31, 1980 – November 15, 2010) was a retired Palauan swimmer, who specialized in sprint freestyle events. He became the first ever swimmer in history to represent Palau on the nation's official debut at the 2000 Summer Olympics.Samuel competed only in the men's 50 m freestyle at the 2000 Summer Olympics in Sydney. He received a ticket from FINA, under a Universality program, in an entry time of 27.23, a Palauan record.
