Norman Christopher "Chris" Pyne (February 14, 1939, Bridlington – April 12, 1995, London) was an English jazz trombonist.Pyne was the brother of Mick Pyne, and played piano as a child before switching to trombone. He played with Fat John Cox (1963), Alexis Korner's Blues Incorporated (1964–65), John Stevens's Spontaneous Music Ensemble (1965–66), and the London Jazz Orchestra before beginning work with Humphrey Lyttelton in 1966.
