Joseph Adeola Fuwape (born November 1957, Ife, Osun State) is a Nigerian academic, and is the current Vice Chancellor of Salem University. Prior to succeeding Professor Paul Omojo Omaji as Vice Chancellor, Fuwape was Head of Forestry and Wood Technology Department at Federal University of Technology Akure(FUTA) for seven years. He was Dean School of Agriculture and Agricultural Technology for four years at FUTA, and a member of the university's Governing Council there for eight years.
