Joyce Sims (born August 6, 1959 in Rochester, New York, United States) is an American singer-songwriter. Joyce Sims is a multi-talented recording artist and musician who lit up the music industry with her first hit single, the now classic club anthem “(You Are My) All and All,” which was released in 1986.
