Kevin Baugh (born July 30th, 1963) is a American micronationalist famous for founding Molossia. He has served as President of the micronation since 3rd September 1999, which is the official date of its founding. However, his involvement in micronationalism started on May 26th, 1977 when he formed the Grand Republic of Vuldstein with James Spielman.
