Martin Pence (November 18, 1904 – May 29, 2000) was an American lawyer and judge. He served as judge on the United States District Court for the District of Hawaii.Pence was born in 1904 in Sterling, Kansas. He attended the University of California, Berkeley, Boalt Hall School of Law. He assumed private practice, Hilo, Hawaii, 1936-1945 before becoming a Judge of the Third Circuit Court, Territory of Hawaii, 1945-1950.
