Norman John Baker PC (born 26 July 1957) is a Liberal Democrat politician in the United Kingdom who was the Member of Parliament (MP) for Lewes in East Sussex from 1997 to until he lost his seat in 2015.On 7 October 2013, Baker was appointed Minister of State at the Home Office in the Coalition Government. Baker resigned from his role as Minister for the Home Office on 3 November 2014.
