Salhøa is a mountain in Dovrefjell–Sunndalsfjella National Park in Norway, located on the border between the municipalities Sunndal in Møre og Romsdal and Lesja in Oppland. Salhøa is reached most easily by hiking from Grøvudalen in the north. Surrounding mountains, all within three kilometres, include Grøvudalstinden (1844 m) to the west, Steinkollen (1881 m) to the north and Storskrymten (1985 m) to the north-west.
