Abedin bej Dino (born April 5, 1843, Preveza - died May 9, 1906, Istanbul, Ottoman Empire) was a Cham Albanian patriot, politician, ideologue, diplomat, rilindas, and one of the founders of the Albanian League of Prizren, as well its chief representative for Epirus (1878). He was one of the main promoters in the need for the creation of the Autonomous Albanian Vilayet under the Ottoman suzerainty, and later a contributor in the Albanian independence.
