Brigadier General Albert Camille Vital (born on 18 July 1952) is a Malagasy Army officer, politician and civil engineer. He was Prime Minister of Madagascar from 2009 to 2011, and he has been Permanent Representative to the United Nations Office at Geneva since 2012.
