Alberta Provincial Highway No. 15 is a highway in the Edmonton Region of Alberta. It connects central Edmonton to the suburb of Fort Saskatchewan and arcs around Elk Island National Park, providing a scenic, although two laned, alternative to a part of Highway 16. The highway follows the route of a railway line completed in 1905 by the Canadian Northern Railway.
