Andrew "Andy" Hogg was a Scottish professional rugby league footballer of the 1900s, playing at representative level for Great Britain, England, and Other Nationalities, and at club level for Broughton Rangers, as a Wing, i.e. number 2 or 5.Hogg is one of only two people born in Scotland to have played for the England national rugby league team, the other being George Fairbairn.
