The Angolan genet (Genetta angolensis) is a genet that is also called Miombo genet. It is indigenous in Angola, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Malawi, Mozambique, Tanzania, Zambia and Zimbabwe. It is considered common in these countries and therefore listed as Least Concern in the IUCN Red List.
