Ann Louise Wagner (née Trousdale; born September 13, 1962) is the U.S. Representative for Missouri's 2nd congressional district, serving since 2013. The district includes most of St. Louis' southern and western suburbs.Previously, she served as the United States Ambassador to Luxembourg from 2005 to 2009. Prior to her diplomatic post, Wagner was Chair of the Missouri Republican Party for six years, from 1999 until 2005, and Co-chair of the Republican National Committee for four years.
