Arseny Alexandrovich Tarkovsky (Russian: Арсе́ний Алекса́ндрович Тарко́вский, June 25 [O.S. June 12] 1907 in Elisavetgrad – May 27, 1989 in Moscow) was a prominent Soviet poet and translator.
