Not to be confused with American historian Arthur S. LinkArthur Albert Link (May 24, 1914 – June 1, 2010) was an American politician for the North Dakota Democratic Party, and later the Democratic-NPL. He was elected as a one-term congressman in 1970 and as the 27th Governor of North Dakota in 1972, and served two terms until 1981.
