As-Sa'iqa (also transliterated as al-Saika, Saeqa, etc., from Arabic: الصاعقة‎ meaning storm or thunderbolt; also known as the Vanguard for the Popular Liberation War) is a Palestinian Ba'athist political and military faction created and controlled by Syria.
