Bård André Hoksrud (born 26 March 1973 in Porsgrunn) is a Norwegian politician for the Progress Party. Since 2005, he has been a member of the Storting, and from 2013 he has been State Secretary at the Ministry of Transport and Communications as a part of Erna Solberg's cabinet.From 1999 to 2002, he was the chairman of the Youth of the Progress Party. He was elected to the Parliament of Norway from Telemark in 2005.
