Bai Enpei (Chinese: 白恩培; pinyin: Bái Ēnpéi; born 1946) is a Chinese politician. Bai served as the Deputy Party Secretary of Inner Mongolia between 1993 and 1997, Governor and later Party Secretary of Qinghai between 1997 and 2001, was the Party Secretary of Yunnan, the highest political position in the province, between 2001 and 2011. In 2014, state media announced that Bai was undergoing investigation for alleged "serious disciplinary violations."
