Benjamin F. Gibson (born July 13, 1931) is a former United States federal judge.Born in Safford, Alabama, Gibson was a Private in the United States Army from 1948 to 1950. He received a B.S. from Wayne State University in 1955 and a J.D. from Detroit College of Law in 1960. He was an assistant state attorney general of Michigan from 1961 to 1963. He was an assistant prosecutor, County of Ingham, Michigan from 1963 to 1964.
