Albert "Bertie" Bowler (born 1888) was an English professional footballer who played as an inside forward.Bowler was born in Nottingham. He began his career while serving in the British Army, playing for Army Cup winners Sherwood Foresters. He obtained his discharge from the Army in 1911, allowing him to join Southern League club Plymouth Argyle.
