William J. "Bill" Kinner (June 13, 1914 – July 5, 1997) was an American basketball player who starred at the University of Utah in the 1930s. He was a 6 ft 3 in (1.91 m) center who played between 1931–32 and 1935–36. Kinner was selected to the All-Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference all four seasons, and he scored over 1,000 career points for the Utes.
