Brendan Howlin (born 9 May 1956) is an Irish Labour Party politician who has served as a Teachta Dála (TD) for Wexford since 1987. He is the Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform since March 2011, having previously served as Leas-Cheann Comhairle, Minister for the Environment and Minister for Health.
