Caln Township is a township in Chester County, Pennsylvania, United States. The population was 13,817 at the 2010 census. The township was founded by settlers from Calne, Wiltshire in England in 1714. The relationship with Calne, Wiltshire, continues today as the two towns are sister cities. Caln is a Township of the First Class. The governing body is a Board of Commissioners.
