Alma Dale Campbell Brown (born June 14, 1968) is an American television news reporter and anchorwoman. She previously hosted the Campbell Brown Show on CNN and was the former co-anchor of Weekend Today on NBC-TV. Brown won an Emmy Award as part of the NBC-TV team reporting on Hurricane Katrina. In 2013 she became an education activist as founder and head of the Parents Transparency Project.
