Carl Russell Kimball (July 3, 1876 – June 3, 1965) was a Republican politician in the U.S. state of Ohio who was Speaker of the Ohio House of Representatives 1919-1920.Mr. Kimball was born in Madison, Ohio. He was educated at Madison High School and Oberlin College.Kimball was in the hardware business in Madison, where he was a member of the Masonic, Maccabee, and Grange lodges. He was married.
