Carme Ruscalleda i Serra (Catalan pronunciation: [ˈkaɾmə ruskəˈʎɛðə]) is a renowned Spaniard - Catalan chef of the restaurant Sant Pau in Sant Pol de Mar, near Barcelona, Spain.
