Charles William Boustany, Jr. (/bʊˈstæni/; born February 21, 1956), is an American politician and physician who has served as the U.S. Representative for Louisiana's 3rd congressional district since 2013. He has served in Congress since 2005. The district, numbered as the 7th District from 2005 to 2013, is located in the southwestern portion of the state and includes Lafayette and Lake Charles.
