Charles Gough Howell (born Cardiff, Wales 1894; died Taiwan Camp, Formosa (now Taiwan) 12 September 1942) was a Welsh lawyer and British colonial official, who served as Attorney General of Fiji from 1931 to 1933, and as Attorney-General of Singapore from 1936 to 1942.
