Charles Eugène Parent (18 November 1894 – 12 June 1961) was a Liberal party and Independent Liberal member of the Canadian House of Commons. He was born in Quebec City, Quebec and became a lawyer by career.He was first elected to Parliament at the Quebec West and South riding in the 1935 general election then re-elected there in 1940. From 23 November 1944 until the 1949 election, Parent was not a member of the Liberal party but instead sat as an Independent Liberal.
