Charlotte Morrison Anderson AM (20 March 1915 – 15 April 2002) was an Australian professor of paediatrics and children's health.Anderson was an international pioneer in the field of paediatric gastroenterology, working on health problems including cystic fibrosis and coeliac disease.She studied the role of gluten in coeliac disease and worked to develop gluten-free diets.Anderson was the first woman professor of paediatrics in the United Kingdom.
