It is taken from their debut album Costello Music, which was released in the United Kingdom on 11 September 2006. It is supposed to be named after Jon Fratelli's wife Heather, a burlesque dancer whose stage name – Chelsea Dagger – he borrowed for the song.This song was Number 77 on Rolling Stone's list of the 100 Best Songs of 2007.
