Dale "Chip" Rosenbloom is an American filmmaker who wrote/produced/directed Shiloh and produced Across the Tracks and Fuel. He has produced twenty-five films and television movies. He is the co-owner and vice chairman of the St. Louis Rams professional football franchise. From 2008 to 2010 he was the team's controlling owner, before selling his family's interest to Stan Kroenke. He is president of Rosenbloom Entertainment and founder/owner of Open Pictures.
