Chiwaukee Prairie is a 410-acre (170 ha) prairie in Kenosha County, Wisconsin managed by the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources and The Nature Conservancy. Because the prairie features several different habitats, it is home to a vast amount of wildlife species. Archery hunting is allowed on the portion of the land managed by the Wisconsin DNR, however, all hunting is illegal on the portion managed by The Nature Conservancy. The prairie is also home to several rare species of plantlife.
