Clear Creek is a 13.5 miles (21.7 km) long stream which begins at 8,780 feet (2,680 m) on the southern slopes of Snow Valley Peak (Toiyabe National Forest, Carson Range) west of Carson City. It is the only perennial tributary of the Carson River mainstem, and is protected by The Nature Conservancy. Its mouth is at its confluence with the Carson River in the southeast portion of Carson City, Nevada.
