Copeland (also Copeland Switch) is a census-designated place (CDP) in Delaware County, Oklahoma, United States. The population was 1,629 at the 2010 census, a 12.5 percent increase from 1,448 at the 2000 census. Founded as a railroad community, it was named for local resident D.R. Copeland.
