Cranberry Township is a township in Butler County in the U.S. state of Pennsylvania. It is classified as a Second Class Township and follows the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Second Class Township Code. The population was 28,098 as of the 2010 census. Cranberry Township is the fastest growing area of the Pittsburgh metropolitan area, and its population is forecasted to exceed 50,000 by 2030.
