Critical Studies in Media Communication is a peer-reviewed academic journal covering media and mass communication from a cultural studies and critical perspective. The journal is published by Routledge on behalf of the National Communication Association and the editors-in-chief are Peter Decherney and Katherine Sender. From 1984 to 1999 it was published as Critical Studies in Mass Communication.
