Sir Cyril Stephen Cobb, KBE, MVO (1861 – 8 March 1938) was a British barrister and Conservative Party politician.He was the son of J F Cobb of Margate, Kent. Following education at Newton Abbot, Devon and at Merton College, Oxford, he studied law. He was called to the bar at the Middle Temple in 1887.In 1905 a by-election was held for a vacant London County Council seat at Fulham.
