Darlene Kay Olson Hooley (born April 4, 1939) is a former Democratic member of the U.S. House of Representatives from Oregon who represented the state's 5th congressional district. A native of North Dakota, she spent eight years teaching high school before entering politics when she was elected to the West Linn, Oregon city council in 1975. Later she was elected to the Oregon State Legislature, then joined the Clackamas County Board of Commissioners before being elected to the House in 1996.
