Darren Lockyer (born 24 March 1977 in Brisbane, Queensland) is an Australian rugby league television commentator and former professional player. After seventeen NRL seasons, Lockyer retired in 2011 as captain of the Australian national team, the Queensland State of Origin team and his club, the Brisbane Broncos, having set records for most ever games with each of them.
