David Martin (born 26 August 1954 in Edinburgh) is a British Labour Party politician, and member of the European Parliament for Scotland.He was educated outside of Edinburgh at Liberton High School. He was first elected as a councillor in 1982, and won the Lothians seat in the 1984 European Parliament elections.
