David Scott Mann (born September 25, 1939, in Cincinnati, Ohio) is an American politician of the Democratic party in Ohio.Mann was awarded a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1961 at Harvard University. After graduating, Mann served in the United States Navy, from 1961 to 1965. Afterwards, he was accepted at Harvard Law School and he was awarded a law degree in 1968.
