Richard S. "Dick" Fowler (April 12, 1932 – July 8, 2012) was a former member of the Legislative Assembly of Alberta, Minister of the Crown in the Government of Alberta, two-time mayor of St. Albert, Alberta, and Judge of the Provincial Court of Alberta.Born in Edson, Dick Fowler was first elected as Mayor of St. Albert in 1965, and served a single term in this capacity. He did not seek re-election in 1968.
