D.R. (Dirk) van der Borg (born November 3, 1955 in Thesinge) is a Dutch politician. As a member of the Christian Democratic Appeal (CDA) he has been mayor ad interim of Molenwaard since 2013. Previously he was mayor of Graafstroom from 2006 to 2012. Graafstroom became part of the new municipality of Molenwaard on January 1, 2013.Van der Borg started his career as a civil servant. He was town clerk of Lopik, Rijssen, and Rijssen-Holten.
