Douglas W. Weaver (born October 15, 1930) is a former American football player, coach, and college athletics administrator. He served as the head football coach at Kansas State University from 1960 to 1966 and at Southern Illinois University Carbondale from 1974 to 1975, compiling a career college football record of 11–78–2. His Kansas State Wildcats teams posted two of the longest losing streaks in college football history.
