Earl Welton Caldwell (April 9, 1905 – September 15, 1981) was a pitcher in Major League Baseball who played for the Philadelphia Phillies (1928), St. Louis Browns (1935–1937), Chicago White Sox (1945–1947, 1948) and Boston Red Sox (1948). A native of Sparks, Texas, Caldwell batted and threw right-handed.
