East Garforth railway station serves Garforth in West Yorkshire, England. It lies on the Leeds and Selby Line, operated by Northern Rail 8 miles (13 km) east of Leeds. The station was opened by Metro (West Yorkshire Passenger Transport Executive) on 1 May 1987, to serve the new housing developments in the area.The station is an unstaffed halt, and has wooden platforms.
