George Everett "Stroop" Strupper, Jr. (July 26, 1896 – February 4, 1950) was an All-American football player. He played halfback for Georgia Tech from 1915 to 1917. Strupper overcame deafness resulting from a childhood illness and was selected as an All-American in 1917.
