The Florida grasshopper sparrow (Ammodramus savannarum floridanus) is a type of grasshopper sparrow. It is a nonmigratory bird that inhabits prairies in south-central Florida. It is endangered.The Florida grasshopper sparrow is one of four subspecies of grasshopper sparrows in North America. Conservation efforts have as of 2014 were unsuccessful in stemming a continuing decline in numbers for the species.
